Personal leasing is for individuals leasing in their own name, with VAT included in the monthly price. Business leasing is for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders, and is quoted excluding VAT since most business customers can reclaim some or all of it.
If you're leasing personally, VAT is included in your monthly payment. If you're leasing through a VAT-registered business, you'll usually be able to reclaim a large part of the VAT charged on your rentals. Speak to your accountant about your specific circumstances, and we're happy to talk through how it applies to your quote.
Yes. Business contract hire is one of our most popular options for limited companies and partnerships, and the monthly cost is often treated as an allowable business expense. We'll ask for some basic company information and financial checks as part of the application.
