First Impressions
The Renault 4 stands out on the road — it's a car that gets noticed, blending retro styling cues with a genuinely modern package underneath. After two weeks of regular use, that initial appeal hasn't worn off.
Interior
Inside, the infotainment system runs on Google's operating system, meaning built-in Google Maps, Google Assistant, and app support come as standard — a genuinely useful upgrade over the clunkier proprietary systems found in some rivals.
Exterior
The exterior design is a real talking point, and in our experience it's one of the car's biggest strengths — distinctive without being impractical. The illuminated grille is a particular standout, giving the front end a distinctive, premium look you don't often see at this level.
Practicality
Day-to-day, the Renault 4 has proven practical for regular use, and one feature worth highlighting is Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) capability, allowing the car's battery to power external devices — handy for charging equipment on the go or even running appliances when needed.
What We Liked

The Verdict
